Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: We offer Free Shipping inside the USA when you order 3 or more CDs. For fewer than 3 CDs or International orders you can see an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How do I sell my music on BanderaMusic.com? A: There is no initial cost to you. As in FREE, NO CHARGE, and your CD can be added quickly. Send an email to info@banderamusic.com for all the details. We will reply with the details. Or call Mike at (903) 644-6832.
Q: When would I get paid if my CDs sell. A: Checks go out once a month with a list of your sales.
